Cambodia Temple

Wat Ek Phnom, Cambodia – 2018. Wat Ek Phnom is an 11th century Hindu temple built under the rule of king Suryavarman I. It is a ruin and partially overgrown but the remains of the part of the outer wall and several pagodas are still standing. Next to the ancient temple are a modern Buddhist Pagoda and a very large sitting Buddha. The site is approximately 13 km north of the city of Battambang in north western Cambodia.
